Return Policy for Happy Chicken Meat Shop.
1. Introduction At Happy Chicken Meat Shop, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality farm-fresh chicken meat. Our policy ensures that you receive your products in perfect condition. However, we understand that there might be occasional issues, and we have a flexible exchange policy in place to address such situations.
2. Exchange Policy We offer exchanges on damaged or faulty chicken meat products under the following conditions:
2.1 Damaged Goods
If you receive chicken meat that is damaged, please bring it back to our store within 24 hours of purchase.
The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt (Online UPI Receipt Doesn't Count, kindly ask for physical bill from the seller).
Our staff will inspect the product and, if the damage is confirmed, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same or equivalent product.
2.2 Faulty Goods
In case you identify any faults or quality issues with the chicken meat, such as spoilage or off odor, return it to our store within 24 hours of purchase.
The faulty product must be in its original packaging and the purchase receipt should be presented(Online UPI Receipt Doesn't Count, kindly ask for physical bill from the seller).
After inspection and confirmation of the fault by our staff, you will be entitled to an exchange of the same or equivalent product.
3. Return Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer direct returns unless specifically agreed upon by the store manager in writing, at the time of purchase.
3.1 Conditions for Returns
Direct returns are only considered under exceptional circumstances and must be pre-approved by the store manager.
Any such agreement will be documented in writing and must be presented at the time of return.
The product must be in its original packaging, and the receipt must accompany the return.
3.2 Time Bound condition/ Return Pricing
As Meat prices are subjected to change as per market standards, timing of sourcing/delivery, unionized rates and availability,
same Quantity of Meat might not be returned as per present rates, with respected to bought/sold product(s) [*Disclaimer: Return rate and quantity will be as per time of return, not time of selling].
4. General Conditions
All exchanges must be made in person at our store location.
To facilitate a smooth exchange or return process, please retain your original purchase receipt.
Our exchange and return policies apply only to purchases made directly from Happy Chicken Meat Shop.
4.1 Negotiations pertaining to Items/Products being sold at outlet
Any negotiation pertaining to price of items being sold/sold is not entertained, as we strive to offer the best product(s) to our customers at the most competitive
price possible, so we do not compromise on quality by sourcing low quality/grade/inferior products, rather we offer the best in the market. So, kindly help us serve you better.
4.2 Any endorsements/ratification regarding to any kind of exchange/transfer/adding the amount of purchase to credit line, cannot be claimed from Happy Chicken Meat Shop, unless countersigned by the store manager(not Store Staff) duly as per market standards, or format provided by the store.
